24 BUSINESS HOURS AFTER PAYMENT
Our orders are usually shipped within 24 business hours after payment is received, unless there are unforseen problems with the order. If this is the case, we will contact you via your email address or telephone number. Orders are normally processed Monday through to Friday. If your payment is received after 1:00 pm, on a public holiday or on a weekend, it will be processed on the following business day.
CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
We will send your order to the original shipping address unless stated otherwise in the Buyer notes during the checkout process. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of order because any change made after the purchase may delay the dispatch of your order.
If a re-delivery is required through no fault of B3G or our logistics partners an additional fee may be charged.
Some examples include:
- the customer is unavailable to collect the parcel at a collection centre
in full. However, we will work with the customer to minimise any further costs and expedite the delivery process.
Our shipping charge includes all handling and postage costs.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE
What do I do if my package is lost or damaged?
If a package arrives damaged, ask the delivery person or post office clerk to acknowledge the damage in writing (by getting the drivers/clerk name, a basic statement, and a signature) before signing and receiving the goods. Contact us immediately on our email address and hold onto the product and all the packing materials.
